Lovely items, packaging could improve
I purchased an olive wood serving board and some beeswax candles. The serving board is gorgeous, a really nice piece of wood with unique grain. The candles smell great and burn evenly. My only minor critique is that one of the candles had shifted a bit in its box during transit, and a small chunk of wax broke off. It wasn't a big deal, I just pressed it back on, but maybe a bit more cushioning for smaller items would help. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. Customer service wasn't needed.
Beautiful plates, slow shipping
I ordered two of the handmade ceramic plates and a matching pasta bowl. The quality is truly exceptional, they feel very sturdy and the hand-painted details are lovely. They arrived well-packaged, so no breakage. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 9 days to get to me in California. I did email customer service once to check on the status, and they responded within a day with tracking info. Overall happy with the items, just plan for a little extra wait time.
